Everstage Product Updates: Sept 2026

The gist
- Commission data gets checked while it syncs, so a missing quota or a renamed source column surfaces before it reaches a statement.
- MBO goals and scores move in bulk across Team and Org-wide cycles, with drafts for managers who need to come back to it.
- A quota backdated into a closed period recalculates behind it, keeps both statements on record, and settles the difference through arrears.
- Packages of products can be saved and sold as one line, with revenue still coming back split by product.
Correcting a quota after the books close, or making sure a package quotes the same way every time, tends to land on RevOps quietly, on top of the work that was already on the calendar. Every month, the Everstage Product Updates will walk you through what shipped across Everstage Incentives and Everstage CPQ, for the teams running comp and quoting day to day. Here's what shipped in September:
Everstage Incentives
Commission health monitoring
Catch payout issues before the run
Small gaps like a missing quota, a blank field, or a source column renamed upstream are what put a wrong number on a statement. Your plan setup and the data behind it get checked while commissions sync, so the gap shows up before the payout does. The findings get collected in a new module, where you review or resolve the gaps, so the payout number is right the first time.
Bulk operations for MBOs
Set and score a quarter of goals in one sitting
Good news for anyone who owns the MBO cycle: goals and scores move in bulk now, in Team MBO and Org-wide MBO alike. A quarter of records gets added or updated in one sitting, and a manager waiting on a final number can save a draft and come back. Once the entries are in, an XLSX export hands you the submitted view for review, and the cycle closes with a complete set of numbers behind every payout.
Retroactive quota changes
Correct a quota for a period already closed
A rep picks up a bigger territory in May, and the quota that comes with it applies from the start of the quarter. Backdating a quota change now recalculates the closed periods behind it, leaving the commission data around it steady so only the quota moves. Both the original and the corrected statement stay on record, and you control which one a payee sees. The result is a correction you can stand behind in an audit, with the difference settled through arrears.
Sandbox enhancements
Promote a whole plan from sandbox to production
A commission plan built in sandbox now promotes to production with the pieces it leans on, from new datasheets through to custom fields, so the plan arrives whole and lands as a draft for you to publish when you're ready. Connectors travel with the sandbox as well, each showing its state, with a few set aside to reconnect so live credentials stay in production.
Everstage CPQ
Product bundles
Sell the package, and still see what each product earned
Save the products your reps sell together as a package, and a rep adds the whole set in one go rather than picking through the catalog each time. Which products are fixed and which a rep can drop is yours to decide, as is whether the package carries a single price or adds up from the parts inside.Revenue comes back split by product, so a question about how one of the products performed is answered from the quote.
worth your while
A few more capabilities across comp, and quoting, each worth knowing about.
Incentives
Contracts with EverSign
Compensation agreements get built on live plan and quota data and signed natively through EverSign, with a full audit trail behind them. No third-party signing tool sits in the middle, so the whole workflow stays where your plan data already is.
Incentives
Statement versioning
A payout query can land months after a cycle closes, and a good answer depends on knowing what a statement showed at the exact point. Every finalized statement stays on record exactly as it stood on its lock date, with the earliest one protected so the trail holds. When an audit or a review raises a question, the answer is already waiting.
CPQ
Conversational quoting
Everstage CPQ picks up deal intelligence through Deal Agent, drawing on discount patterns, competitive signals, stakeholder context, and historical deal data from real records. Reps build and refine quotes in conversation, with strategic guidance surfacing as the deal takes shape.
