for RevOps

You stop being the bottleneck

Clean quotes approve themselves. Only rule breaches reach you, and you change the rule yourself that afternoon.

Quotes go out while the call is warm

Eva builds it from the opportunity, the email thread and the call, inside your rules. The rep reviews and sends.

You stop rebuilding deals by hand

The deal that breaks your quoting is the three-year ramp with a usage overage and an add-on that co-terminates in month 14.

You own the policy, not the queue

An AE pings you at 4 p.m. about a discount they already promised. It lands on you because nobody else can change the rule.

  1. Policy changes ship the same afternoon. No ticket, no admin, no release.
  2. Your rulebook improves without you writing rules. Eva drafts from real deal patterns. You activate.
  3. Quarter close needs no explaining. Every exception logged with the cap it broke and the call context.

Your champion gets ammunition

They sell this in a meeting your rep will never attend. A PDF hands them a number to defend and nothing to defend it with.

  1. Your champion argues with your evidence. AI Moments pulls it from your call recordings.
  2. Signature stops being a separate stage. Send, track and countersign inside the quote.
  3. Nobody negotiates off an old version.
One live link, same for whoever joins late.

Your CRM stays the system of record

Most CPQ tools are native to one CRM and integrated with the other.

  1. Your CRM stops limiting what you can quote. Native on HubSpot and Salesforce, not one native and one integrated.
  2. Forecast and quote never disagree. The opportunity stays authoritative; the quote syncs to it.
  3. A CRM migration doesn't restart quoting. Rules, catalog and approvals come with you.

Everstage CPQ and Incentives on one platform gives you the deal and its payout in one place. No sync, no quarter-close reconciliation.

  1. Reps discount knowing what it costs them
  2. One implementation, not two
  3. Nothing to reconcile at quarter close
  4. Start with either product

The rest of your questions

Questions we get on the first call

You're known for commissions. Why should we trust you on quoting?

Cognite, Tessell and Sysdig run quote-to-cash on Everstage CPQ today, and that's worth more than any argument we could make on this page. CPQ is a separate product line with its own team and its own implementation. The fastest way to test it is the tour, where a composite quote gets built live: platform fee, per-seat, usage overage, a three-year ramp, and an add-on that co-terminates mid-term.

We quote in spreadsheets today. Where do we start?

Where most of our customers started. We build the first catalog, pricing rules and approval routes from the price list and policy doc you already have, so nothing starts from a blank screen. Everstage does that in-house, with the same team through evaluation and go-live.

Is Everstage CPQ a separate product from Everstage Incentives?

Yes. Buy either one on its own, or run both. CPQ has its own implementation, its own pricing and its own team, and it doesn't require you to use Everstage for commissions.

Does it work with HubSpot?

Yes, natively, with two-way sync. HubSpot quoting handles flat annual seats well. Everstage CPQ is the depth layer for tiered pricing, usage, ramps, multi-year terms and mid-term amendments.

Does it work with Salesforce?

Yes, natively, with two-way sync in both directions. Everstage CPQ is one of the few CPQ products that's native on HubSpot and Salesforce rather than native on one and integrated with the other.

Can it handle usage-based and consumption pricing?

Yes, for quoting. You can build consumption tiers, minimum commitments and overage structures into a quote. Everstage does not meter usage itself, so if metered billing is your primary requirement, tell us on the first call and we'll be straight about the fit.

How long does implementation take, and who does it?

Everstage implements in-house, with the same team through evaluation and go-live. There's no third-party partner and no separate SI engagement.

Do we need a certified admin or a partner to make changes?

No. Pricing rules, approval routes, validation rules, terms and the product catalog are all configured in the UI, and changes go live when you activate them. That's the difference most buyers are actually shopping for.

What happens on amendments and mid-term changes?

Amendments, co-terminated add-ons and proration are handled in the quote rather than in a spreadsheet. Renewals are quoted from the existing contract instead of being rebuilt.

We're on Salesforce CPQ today. What does moving look like?

Salesforce CPQ is end-of-sale, so the question in front of you is which product you rebuild into rather than whether you rebuild at all. Everstage CPQ is native on Salesforce, so your CRM stays where it is and only the quoting layer changes. Bring your current license cost and what you spend on consultants to the first call, and we'll put the three-year math next to ours.

How does this compare to what our CRM already does natively?

Native CRM quoting is built for the simple case, and it holds up until pricing stops being flat annual seats. The point where teams outgrow it is usually the first usage-based deal, the first three-year ramp, or the first quarter where approvals start landing on one person.

The quote your rep sends tonight shouldn't need to wait on you.
