The Revenue Architect Summit

by Everstage

A day that changes how your team runs revenue

August 20, 2026
The Glasshouse, NYC

Northstar'26

Operators who actually run revenue sharing what's working and what they'd tear down if they started fresh. You'll leave with a plan you can hand your team Monday morning. If you run revenue, you belong here.

Full Agenda

8:00 AM
Arrival
Breakfast and badge pickup.
9:00 AM
Open
You Don't Have a Visibility Problem. You Have a Doing Problem.
The claim the whole day has to survive: your team already knows what's wrong. The real gap is between knowing and doing, and every session today either names that gap or closes it in front of you.
9:15 AM
Guest Keynote
Performing When the Playbook Changes
Fifteen minutes from someone who coached elite performers through the exact moment the game changed underneath them. What the signals looked like and what moving too slow cost.

Leave with the question you'll put to your own team on Monday: would we actually move?
9:30 AM
Keynote
Report Reveal
When Agents Run the Ops
What actually happens to RevOps work when agents take over the pipeline plumbing. Which tasks go first, which roles get more valuable, and how far ahead the teams already running on it really are. Backed by data, 15 minutes in.

Leave with the three findings you'll be quoting to your CRO next week.
10:00 AM
Fireside
The Data Lag: You're Flying on Last Week's Instruments
One operator walks through one real story, end to end. The forecast was off, the CRO asked why, and the trusted answer took eleven days to produce. We trace it through the four lags (capture, reconciliation, trust, action), then the rebuild.

Leave with a short self-diagnosis of which lag is costing you the most, in hand before you sit down at the roundtables.
10:35 AM
Networking Break
10:55 AM
Roundtables
Round 1
Three Tables, Three Fixes
Three tables, each built around a fix from the morning. Your self-diagnosis points you to the one worth your 45 minutes. Operator-moderated, no slides.

Table 1 — Get finance and the CRM telling one story. What the teams who ended the reconciliation fight changed first.

Table 2 — Make yours the number nobody re-checks. How teams earned back leadership's trust in the forecast, and how long it took.

Table 3 — Turn answers into action the same week. What it takes to give every number an owner and a deadline.

Leave with two fixes stolen from someone who already made your mistake.
11:40 AM

Proceed With Caution: 18 Months of Agentic Ops
An operator who's eighteen months into running agents in production, further than most of the room, comes back with the cautions nobody puts in the launch deck. Where agentic revenue is overhyped, which limits turned out to be organizational rather than technical, and what they'd do differently. The interviewer's job is to keep them honest instead of polite. They stick around (this is the person who holds the skeptic's chair all day), argue in the debate, and pick the live-proof question.

Leave with the five failure modes to check before you spend a dollar.
12:10 PM
Lunch
No programming. The live-proof question menu opens now; vote for the question you want answered on stage.
1:10 PM
Report Reveal
The Attainment Cliff: Where Quota Math Breaks
We pooled anonymized comp and quota data from 300+ companies and went looking for where the math stops working. There's a cliff most plans walk straight off, and almost nobody designs for it. You'll see where it sits and get the benchmark to hold your own plan against.

Leave with your comp plan's three most likely leaks.
1:40 PM
Roundtables
Round 2
Find the Money in Your Comp Plan
Three tables, three findings from the report you just watched land. Each one worth real money if it applies to your plan. Bring your three likely leaks and leave with a fix someone else already tested.

Leave with one comp change you can defend to finance.
2:25 PM
Networking Break
2:40 PM
Debate
"Common Context Will Live Inside Your CRM, Not in a Layer Above It"
Every vendor is fighting over one question: where does the real picture of your buyer actually get built? Two operators take opposite sides and argue it out, unscripted, with no requirement that they land in the same place. You vote before they start and again when they finish, and the gap between those two votes is the most honest number of the day. (Yes, we publish it.)
3:10 PM
Live Proof
A Real Question From This Room
We end the day by testing it live. Since lunch, you've been voting on a menu of real pipeline questions. The skeptic picks the winner and we answer it live on stage against real data, with the whole room watching.
3:40 PM
Customer Story
Furthest Down the Road
Ten minutes, and not the usual customer-showcase victory lap. One team that's further down this road than the rest of us tells you what they actually did, and what it did to their number.

Leave with one proof story you can retell in a pipeline meeting without checking your notes.
4:10 PM
Working Session
Build Your Next 90 Days
Three operators walk you through the 90-day plan they actually ran: what shipped, what order, and what they'd cut next time. There's time to sketch your own version and get their eyes on it before you head out. There's time to sketch your own version and get their eyes on it before you head out.
4:40 PM
Close
Bring It Home
Ten minutes to pull the day together — the one argument worth carrying out of the building, and what it asks of the revenue architects who go back and rebuild how their teams run.
5:00 PM
Happy Hour
Drinks on us
The bar's open and the hard part's done. Two hours to compare notes with the people who spent the day solving the same problems, re-litigate the debate you just watched, and figure out whose 90-day plan you're going to steal. Nothing on the agenda, just stay a while.

5:00–7:00.

FAQ

Questions Worth Asking

The things most people want to know before they commit.

Is Northstar the event for you?

Don’t take our word for it. Ask the AI you already use.

What exactly is Northstar? Is this an Everstage conference?

Northstar is an event for revenue operations and sales compensation leaders. Everstage hosts it, but every session is led by operators who do this work every day. You'll spend the day in peer discussions and hands-on working sessions.

Who's in the room?

Directors and above in RevOps, Sales Ops, and Sales Compensation from high-growth companies. Attendance is capped and invite-only. We're bringing together practitioners who are actively building and running revenue programs.

How is this different from other RevOps conferences?

It's a small room of operators working through the same challenges you are. Every session is peer-led, and the conversations go deep because everyone in the room does this work every day.

Will there be product demos or sales pitches?

No. If you want a demo of Everstage, we'll set one up separately. Northstar isn't the place for that.

What does "Agentic Revenue Execution" actually mean for my team today?

We'll cover what's real and what's hype, and what you should be doing about it now.

What's the format?

Structured discussions, small-group roundtables, and practical working sessions. You'll leave with a 90-day action plan you can take back to your team on Monday.

Can I bring a colleague?

Yes, if they're a practitioner. We review every request to make sure each seat goes to someone actively doing this work.

I'm not an Everstage customer. Can I still attend?

Yes. Northstar is for practitioners regardless of what tools you use. Your role is what gets you in.
